Before they had engines, busses in city centres were pulled by horses. I was contacted by someone who had found one in ruins being used as a chicken coop. His dream was to restore it and have it running again.

The first step was to arrive at an overall colour scheme and letter style which was historically accurate these were some ideas

The owner did a lot of work themselves, painting and finishing the body of the vehicle, and making various sign boards which were fixed in different places. These were signwritten in the workshop, and everything else was done on site.
